- The “covered work” based on the Shotcut project uses the same list of free or open-source projects, as by the original code.
- Modifications: changes have been made to the Shotcut’s source code to make it compatible for the Microsoft Store, along with extensive product guides to help users get the best of the software. Modifications also contains “other separate and independent works”, such as product licensing and user interactions that are not derived from or pertaining to Shotcut.
